I hunt with a buddyon his land. The few times that i dont hunt he will use my stand.he doesn't like to use a cover scent. i can always can tell when he as been therebecause i wont see any kind of life around. What should i do???

well, it is his land so there is that issue..... Also, and I mean this with all due respect, COVER SCENT IS OVER RATED. I've been in deer camp for days, smelling like a peach orchard boar and had deer walk within yards of me.
It may be that there is just not much game where your stand is. I seriously doubt that the lack of your buddy's cover scent has anything to do with you not seeing game. you might want to find another place to hunt.

How about just leaving a bottle of scent at the stand. Maybe he think's it's a waste of $$$ and that's why he doesn't use it - so leave some there for him?

By the way, how does he do from your stand(s) or other stands on the property?
