Finally got my mount!
Guess I need to start taking my bucks earlier than January 31st!This buck was taken with 15 minutes left in the Alabama deer season.

What do you mean earlier, you had 14 more minutes?

Speaking of finally getting a mount, I'm picking one up after work today that I shot in January 2004. Thank goodness he's finally finished with it.
What's worse is that I gave another guy a deer to mount in November, 2002 and have never seen it since. He had some personal problems (divorce) and kept telling me he'd finish it soon. Finally I got tired of calling him and just chalked it upas a learning experience. The deer wasn't that great anyway.
