Default Indiana Archery Buck

Well I was fortunate enough to take this guy last Tuesday the 17th. Everything was perfect for the set up. I was hunting at where they work the edge of the ridges scent checking each ridge. I initially drove up the road to check on my stands because you can see them from the road if you know where to look. With the weird east wind I made the decision last second to hunt there. Talk about your dumb luck. I was going to hunt a stand where I had seen one of my target bucks Pretty Boy. I guess it was this guys desitiny to meet his maker. I made it to the stand at about 1:20Pm and he was on the ground by 130. I was getting things hung up when I heard a limb snap on down the ridge from me. I had just hung my bow up and turned around when I saw him coming at about 50 yrds. I quickly put my release on and he made his way into 10 yrds. Perfect shot and he went 50 yrds. When he went down he fell over into a big nasty ravine. It was quite the treat dragging this 210 lb field dressed guy out of it. Cant see it very well in the pics but this is the most massive deer I have ever shot. He has nearly 40" of mass measurements. 23 and 24" main beams. Nothing like getting it done with the bow when the orange army is out in full force!!

Here are some pics of him the previous week about 40 yrds from the stand I shot him out of.
