ORIGINAL: WKP Todd This post topic was just a bad idea. One thing I've noticed about both Iowa and Illinois - TONS of ticks. I usually expect to pull a minimum of 1 or 2 off my body everytime I go into the field. I do 3 tick checks a day to just make sure! |

Don't leave out NY, man the tick's can be wicked here. I was out with the pooches the other nigth swapping trail cams cards out and they came back with a half dozen on each and i had one on the back of the neck. Something about them really gives me the skeevies for sure.

Ticks are easy, down here below the Mason/Dixon Line we have mosquitoes that will carry a youngster away!

Yeh Va I have to agree with you on that one, Ticks are just anouying but when those skitters get big enough to start breeding with the turkeys you have a problem!!!!!!Walt

lol.. yea yea.. the ticks down here can get pretty thick but as of right now the mosquitos are rediculous.. i can't even walk outside without getting assulted by 10 or more of those little bastards!! at this rate i probably already have the west nile virus 2x fold.. lol..
