Hunting DVD legal question
This may not be the best place to ask this, but I thought I could get the most info here.
My question is- My friend and I are making a hunting DVD to sell, and I was wondering if I had to register our "business" or anything else to be legal. I don't know anything about this type of thing, so I thought I would ask you guys. Thanks, pheasantfanatic |

My opinion is if you are going to do anything for to make money you had better cover your butt. That means checking the names, registering the business w/ your state, etc.

RE: Hunting DVD legal question
Yeah - if you intend on selling anything you must make sure you are set-up to do so. This also allows you to write off related expenses with in this business is critical. We're an LLC, and generally it requires little cost to set one up - so I'd recommend checking into it.
Good luck! WKP - Todd |
