Come on boys your killing us... We need a update on the WI opener. Anything to get us through these next two weeks.

Mikey, From talking with Todd they videoed about 20 diff bucks but no shots taken!!! A couple of nice ones but no shots maybe next time!!! Walt

The Wisconsin opener was AWESOME! 32 degree's Saturday morning, just couldn't have asked for better weather!

Deer movement was excellent. Between Andy (me filming), and Ed (Kyle filming), we saw a total of about 20 bucks in two days, including a dandy 150 class buck that was far out of range. We got some sweet footage of some beautiful deer, just no does within range, and nothing big enough for the Nevar brothers to shoot.

As always, Kyle and I had an awesome time with the Nevar family. Was my first time ever actually filming/hunting in Wisconsin, so it was just cool to be hunting in the marsh-land on the Nevar family farm. Not something we get to do down here in Iowa much, but it brought me back to my days back in Michigan (except we actually saw some really nice bucks)....

WKP season is officially kicking, and the cameras are rolling! We will continue to bring you updates as we have them!

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL, WE WERE ALL READY FOR THE " PRESEASON "
IT ALWAYS TAKES A FEW TIMES IN THE WOODS TO GET THE KINKS OUT.
THIS WAS POSSIBLY THE BEST CONDITIONS WE HAVE EVER HAD FOR OPENING WEEKEND 32 DEGREES AND CALM.
HAVING TODD AND KYLE IN CAMP MADE THINGS MORE INTERESTING THEN NORMAL, TODD HAD OUT THE HAND WORMERS AND PACK BOOTS,AND STILLMANAGED TO CAPTURE SOME OF THE BEST RACOON FOOTAGE YOU WILL EVER SEE.
THE START OF 07 SEASON IS NOW, AND I CANT EXPRESSMY EXCITMENT IN WORDS,I HOPE EVERYONE HAS A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL SEASON.
I CONSIDER MYSELF LUCKY TO BE A PART OF THE WKP FAMILY AND AM LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING ALL OF YOUR HUNTING STORIES.

it was great to hear that you had a great weekend, I have two more weeks till here in IL. I can wait to to read the rest of the teams success and then see it all on video

That is what myself and I'm sure some of the other MI boys were looking for, your guys possitive attitutde and great insentive.These last two weeks are brutal on us knowing you guys are already hunting.

Oh yeah I have a week in Illinois this year and I'm hoping my "Nevar Custom Works" hat is my lucky charm.
