Hey "uncle wally" can you translate for the farmer?

RE: pendulm sight whats a good one
Personally can't stand pendulum sights. If you want ALL steel and no plastic be ready to shell out some cash. I would recommend a Spott Hogg brand sight. All steel and exceptional quality.

RE: pendulm sight whats a good one
Ive been shooting the Trophy Ridge Mantis for a few years. I was a pendulum hater until I started shooting one. No lookin back now, love it. Takes all the guess work out from 0 to 32 yards. The only time I use a rangefinder anymore is to mark out a few distances at 30 to 40 yards once Im in my stand so I know when they are in range or when I have to hold up a bit. Makes life a lot easier for me when that big boy is appraoching and your trying to make it all happen especially when you mainly hunt from stands.
