Hey all you Iowa boys I have to go out there this coming Thursday for work. I will be in Clarinda IA can any of you guys tell me if there are any good places to maybe film some velvet footage out there?? Clarinda is on highway 71 about 1/2 hr west of Garden Grove!! Walt

i was down in clarinda shed hunting a couple years ago, but can't remember any exact roads. i'd just get out the delorme and drive around. good luck.

Walt, if you are coming through or near Dubuque, Anamosa, Cedar Rapid or Iowa City you will be near my turf and I actually have about a four to five mile run that we go on at night and have seen several good bucks. I shot about 7 or 8 minutes of velvet footage of 6 great bucks in a bachelor group. I have wednesday and thrusday off from the Pen. so if you get a hair and want to go on a drive let me know and we can fire up the cameras. PM me either here or at Kisky and I will give you my number. Oh, I also sent you a map from where I am in Anamosa, to where you will be going in Clarinda.

pixeldoctor, you ever shoot out at the johnson county archers public range? i saw you posted I.C. and C.R. as stomping grounds, looks like we've probably crossed paths a few times as I'm in North Liberty.

I was there at their last shoot. Did well, had a great time!

Thanks Jeff, I told Todd we stop by and say hi on our way through and then we are just going to be heading toClarinda so we can get set up and have time to glass some fields and maybe shoot alittle footage. Should good me filming out of our police cruiser!!!! Wonder what the locals will think of that!!! HE/HE/HE walt
