What to do with skinned coyotes?

So I live in Colorado and have decided that coyote& furbearer hunting is something I want to try. My question is: what do you do with the coyote after you skin it? Is there someplace to take them? You all are my only hope, I can't find an answer to this anywhere.

I was trapping a couple of years ago. The fur prices suck. You can go to fur sales and see what you can get. You must be doing it for love because there sure isn't any money. I have a whole stack of beaver plews from my effforts. The best way to get any $ out of them is to be creative. Like with the beavers. A person will make more money tanning them and making them into mandelas. I could have gotten 6-10 dollars a piece at the time but can get 80-90 by tanning them and putting them on a willow hoop with some tails and feathers. Maybe you can find something along those lines to boost your profit. i.e. hats, arrow quivers etc. Gives a guy something to do during the long winter months. Keep your powder dry.......

Stretch um, salt um, let them dry, wash out the salt, let them dry, then sell them. Good ones are going for around $30 up here in MT. A lot of work for 30 bucks!!!! Bobcats are the only furbearers that you can make $$ on, around $200-$250 for good ones with good color and spots.

Fur prices out in NY are getting better these last few years.

I usually skin them clean em up real good leav them turned inside out, roll them up and freeze them untill I have enough to take to a fur auction or a fur buyer comes to the local taxadermist.

I get anywhere from $20 to $45 for a coyote depending on quality and how prime the pelt is.

More and more coyotes out here every year. I have hunted them in ID and the ones in NY are quite a bit bigger I have one mounted that weighed 60 lbs.

After we skin them here, we take the skin and leave the rest for the crows.

You could shiny up and make the skin look nice. At a local gun show a guy was selling some for $60 each, and he actually sold a few.
