Christmas Goose the best present of all

We went out on a very short hunt, and Casey boy got his favorite present of all -- a nice 14+ lb Honker, which will turn into our Christmas Supper -- Pan Fried Goose Breast Fillets.....Yuuummmm. As you can see, we have a White Christmas.

I'll post a pic of the 'final product' after awhile.
