I took my 14 yr old daughter hunting this year for the first time, I got her a new gun and knife and she was ready to go. Well we hunted our butts off all season without any luck at all, then yesterday we were going to a nice clearcut I know and on the way I happen to look out the window and what do I see but a nice forkie, so I stop the truck and she gets out and takes about a 75yd shot and plants one in the shoulder. I was WAY more pumped then she was.LOL Now I have to get out and try to top her or Dad will never hear the end of this:D

It is good that you hunted hard all season, otherwise it would seem too easy.
