Deer hunting in Montana

My son and I are planning on deer hunting in SouthWestern Montana in November. Is there any one out there who could point us into an area where we would have a decent chance of seeing a nice buck? We aren't looking for any honey holes but just someplace where we could start hunting where there are quite a few deer. We will be staying around Ennis, Montana. Elkn

I think there is alot of BLM land around Ennis, also the BeaverHead national forest is there. If you don't know anyone in the area, a trip to the ranger station would get it done. A trip to the local cafe could be productive, so long as your not from California.
