Haven't heard much story yet. How did everyone do on the early season?

Got smoked! Bldhound and I had 'em close, but never got a chance to close the deal. Starting to think about spots for locating a cow on the Wet side late archery hunt. Anyone know of some gimme spots, I'll gladly give it a go. I'll probably head down to Pe Ell to the Fall River unit for the late archery season. Not a big fan of antler stew anyway, and I hate tag soup even more.

Slee, Pe Ell and Fall river holds lots of Elk,best thing I could tell you about that is best success I've had down there is just flat tracking them down, and I rifle hunt it(Fall river/ Lincoln) areas. Find some fresh sign and just bascially plod along after them seems to be the best way Iv'e found to get'em down there.
