You obviously couldn't get a premium tag OTC. In Utah it is a premium tag or a spike or an any bull tag. There are several areas all over the state that are specific when it comes to bulls as to whether it is an any bull or spike tag. You can hunt any area that applies to your tag.

I personally would recommend NOT paying $300+ to hunt Elk here in Utah when you can take the hard cash to states like Idaho and Colorado. I would suggest looking into the draw hunts here in Utah next year. There are some great draw hunts in the state, but very hard to draw.
