Planning Western hunt: outfitters, prices, states etc
 

My dad and I are talking about going out West either in 2004 or 2005. We're really looking at a muley/pronghorn hunt in Idaho. What are some good outfitters in Idaho? we're thinking semi-guided. What about Wyoming, Colorado, or Montana? Outfitters there? Availiblity of tags? chances of drawing a tag in decent areas? If i think of anymore questions ill post them. I could use all the info i can get. Thanks a bunch

hi,
i may be able to help. dont know if this is the route your wanting to go, but i live in wyoming, and do a lot of swap hunts. the muley/antelope is what i usually offer, i have plenty of both, high success rates, and fairly easy draw odds. i was through wisconsin last fall going to canada for a caribou hunt, and thought it was beautiful. promised myself i was gonna go back there and hunt sometime. sounds like a win/win situation to me.

send me the pics... [email protected] i'll talk to my pops about a swap hunt...we got 750 acres in wisconsin of prime hunting ground...maybe we'll be able to work something out..like i said, its up to dad..hope it works out, and thanks
