Colorado Hog Hunt
 

I'm looking to do a hog hunt in western Colorado. I live in Grand Junction, and would like to stay near by, any suggestions on where to go? Thanks.

There aren't any wild hogs in Colo. that I know!

I think you might be able to go to Collbran, CO and look up Bill Wallace. He has a guide service and has a fenced in area to hunt hogs. I think its on the Battlement Mesa side. His phone number I think is 487-3235. If not go to Gene Taylors and ask for Wess Stout or Dan Grey they both went hunting hogs there.

All this time, I thought I had to head to Texas to hunt hogs. Of course, I'm kind of snobbish about hunting them inside a cage, but I do know some folks in the Montrose area, maybe I'll ask around. Thanks for the idea.

River bottom bow hunting is a new place to hunt hogs in Colorado, they just started in May and I have heard nothing but good things about them. http://www.riverbottombowhunting.com
