Sound's good......hope the pond's are thawed out.....Be nice if I could buy some the the shot bird's while we're there.....Shooter's got all my grouse wing's about chewed up........See ya there Saturday Doc...:)

As of right now, they are thinking it will probably be land only.
We have three kinds of get togethers: Training Days, Picnic Tests and Sanctioned Field Tests.
Training days are where you can work on things that you know you need help with (there will be one or two VERY experienced amateur trainers or maybe even a pro) to watch you and Shooter and offer advice and help you out (kind of like our "Sunday training days").
Picnic Tests are set up just like the "real thing" (Sanctioned Test), they just aren't the real thing. They are great for seeing what you REALLY need to be working on. When a dog passes a Picnic Test, he will be awarded a "Club Ribbon" (smaller and less colorful than a Sanctioned ribbon, but a ribbon none the less).
Sanctioned Tests are where you are running for a ribbon.

Although Shooter isn't AKC registered, he can run in Sanctioned Tests and get the big pretty ribbons -- the only thing he can't do is be granted a title.
