moose AK unit 14
 

It looks like i will be up for my sons wedding in aug. Just so happens, there's an archery hunt from aug. 10-17, if i'm reading it right!

1. In regs, does harvest mean OTC tag?
2. 14 a b or c I'm leaning towards wasilla area or north. How's the hunting in that part? Or???

fishon01 - yes, harvest is an over the counter tag. you just buy a license 85 bucks and moose tag, whatever the cost is...400 something i think.

just be wary about that area in that there is quite a bit of private land in area 14 adn you must know where you are going. Also, there are many restricted hunting areas that might be a draw, such as eklutna, etc...

But there sure are a lot of moose. I had them in my backyard when I lived there!
