Default Washington hunting

Hey guys,

I made a goal for myself this year to hunt every state in the lower 48.

since I’m still young I want to start with the western states first, starting with Washington.

when I go to WDWF website I can’t find any information on non resident tags.

Can anyone give me information on non resident hunting. Do you have to purchase a license, then apply for a tag? If you do not receive a tag do you get that money back? any information would be greatly appreciated

I’m also not interested in going with an outfitter unless I absolutely have to.

thanks

https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/#/application/help?tab=3&subTab=-1

That link lists all of their license . Including non resident deer elk etc.
