So I decided I would start building preference points because I am tired of hunting D-16. I put in for X-10 thinking it would be at least 3 years before I got the tag and would have a chance to go fishing and scouting a few times. Well I got the tag my first try. I have no time to scout as I am getting married the day before the season opens. My honey moon is a solo hunting trip!
I have two entry points in mind. One on the north side one on the south side. Weather seems like it can be 30 degrees at night and 80 during the day. Can anyone suggest an good elevation to be at or start at?
or any tips on the area would be great. I also will have a bear tag.
