Default Northern Colorado Turkey Hunters

Attempting to stimulate fresh dialogue for NoCo turkey hunters as the only other relevant thread was real stale.

Anyone hear gobblers?

My gf and I went out in Larimer County opening morning to an area where I've seen birds. We saw plenty of other hunters, but didn't hear any gobbling. Anyone know if it's still a little early for them to be hot to trot?

Hope there are some others out there looking for dialogue!

The only place I have tried in this area is near Drake, up the Big Thompson River Valley.

Didn't hear a bird. They are there in deer season, though.
