Nice one, that horn with your tag on it, how long is that sucker, looks real long from the picture, is that his G3 or G4.

The tag is between his G3 and G4. From the G3 all the way toward the end of his G4 is 18" . The number 5 is behind the G4 on the pic, so you can' t see it. It forked right about where I put my hand on the left side.

How far did you have to pack him out or was he close to a road.

He was about 1/4 mile from the road (fortunately). I shot him about a mile left of 1706 and 1709 intersection. I found him way down on those clear cuts coming up 1706 at the " T" .

Nice bull, I am hunting that area on the 4th of Oct, I only got one elk to answer my bugle and that was down behind bumping lake. WHERE SHOULD I START WITH A COW TAG?
