The Colin Neblett unit is a good unit. I have never hunted it but I have fished the river that flows between the N. side and S. side. I have seen a lot of elk in the area when I have fished it. Access can be had by a road that from the CC area off of Hwy 64; it meanders up the mountain - don't know if it is still open to travel by vehicle. Eagle Nest is about three miles away and can be used for a base as well the numerous campgrounds along Hwy 64. Hope this helps.

We drew a unit 15 2nd season bow season tag, anyone have any info for that unit?

Not actually. I got shutout in 2009 & 2010, despite 260+ bonus/preference points. That is why I made a few changes in my unit choices. One was in NM where we got in the outfitters pool and make the 3rd choice a 100% draw unit. This way I knew I'd get at least one tag.

Ended up with 2 as I got a Wyoming moose tag too. Last one waiting on is Arizona where we have a decent chance for a late Kaibab deer tag, but now I hope we don't draw. Should know in maybe a week.

1st choice, unit 57 for muzzle loader mule deer
