Through a cousin-in-law, I have an opportunity (if I draw) to archery hunt this area next year (or any other year). He is a game warden and this is his area. He will put me up, and guide me. It sounds promising. What do you know about the elk hunting there?

If it's a limited entry unit, good luck drawing!

I think any lim.entry non-res archery tag is very hard to draw, plan on it taking 5 or 10+ years...

I believe the muzzleloader season covers the rut better, something to consider...
