This is a basic class on how to shoot moving targets with a shotgun. This is a great introductory class for those that want to learn to shoot skeet, trap, sporting clays, or even bird hunting.
The course will cover the following topics: shotgun safety, shooting etiquette; correct way to shoulder, point and fire a shotgun. I will be working with each student to ensure that they will start hitting targets by the end of the session. We will also go over how each target game is played.
The class cost is $40.00 per student. This fee covers all ammunition, targets, ear and eye protection and the use of a rental gun if needed. This class will be about 2-3 hours in length depending on the number of students.
This course is open to individuals or groups over the age 8 and any gender who have never used a shotgun but who are interested in learning about the fundamentals of shotgun shooting.
