Greetings. Hoping to get an update from any locals familiar with the Gila Wilderness. Specifically, interested in unit 16B, as we will be out there archery hunting week #2 in mid-September. Getting pumped-up!!

Good luck on your hunt. (looks like you live near me).

My son drew a Unit 17 either sex youth tag for muzzleloader. Ive been told that unit has lots of green, and tons of water. Looks like good antler growth from what I hear.

Don K - Appreciate the reply. Quality draw for your son - best wishes. Live in Chicago-proper and hunt our family farm in western U.P., MI. Looking forward getting out of the office and spending sometime in the fresh air.
