elk license
 

Are there any states that have elk license left for 2007. I got a late start because of an uncertain work condition. There is 2 of us and one is a junior. The junior would like an either sex tag and the other doesn't matter. We would like to rifle hunt . Thank for any info.

Thanks for the info. There are a few gmu that have a season early (oct 1-7) . gmu 1,2,6,16,84 are these considered 1st rifle.

this will give you seasons......generally the 2/3d seasons are OC Bull.

Idaho is over the counter, and it is a A or B tag choice....A tag is archery which means you have from aug 30 to sept 30 to use a bow, and you get muzzeload in november for 2 weeks any bull, and 3 weeks of late archery in Dec..............You also can gun hunt from Oct 25 to Oct 30 bulls only..................If you go B tag then you get archery from aug 30 to sept 15 and rifle season From Oct 10 to Nov 3rd ........and muzzel load for 2 weeks and its spikes only and you get late archery in Dec.

Thanks for the info. I will keep it in mind but the dates don't seem to work out for me.I'm looking for rifle or muzzleloader
