Jeff I drew the doe tag I mentioned. I emailed DOW to see how I screwed up on the 'group' thing. We are going to try to get leftover tags for SOME unit for mulie bucks for my wife a nd oldest dau and her hubby. I dont know how thatll all work out. We each have two poinst so mayve in fall 2008 we could hunt togehter in 55 if you have three points alrready.

I am off to Kansas City for two weeks of management brainwashing. Driving over there tomorrow. Maybe when I get back we can work out a time to go eat and talk hunting when I get back to Denver. I travel all summer mostly, Kansas City, then Cancun in July, and back to KC for a week in August.

I'll be so dang glad when fall gets here so I can get sick and go hunting. :)

I drew a buck for 118 and will pick up a doe tag OTC. My son drew a doe. This will be his first hunt. I'm excited. If I pick up a new rifle before July, then I might try for an OTC elk cow tag and tag along with my friend. This would be my first elk hunt.

I drew a private land Buck tag for Area 20 looks like it might be another wall hanger for me... with 5 months to kill one I think I will wait for the king of the bottoms. hes out there just gotta set up a meeting with him.:D

21 days after the draw, I'm still talking to a LOT of people...including myself.... that have NOT recieved the tags.Checked web again and I clearly drew! Call em, permahold. I'm gonna give it till July and go over there.

Didn't draw for either elk or deer. Now have 2 points for deer and elk will be OTC bull for second season.
