Woo HOO!! Now to start planning for the hunt!

I'm going to apply for an antelope and a special Elk district tag also with the June 1st deadline.

I've been checking their website for the past several days and they posted sometime late this afternoon.

I'm pretty pumped!!!

I got lucky also I received a permit to hunt the best week of archery on a limited entry hunton public land in illinios . At the same time I was opening the permit ,my computer flashes up that I was lucky in the montana draw. I should have played the lotto today. I'll be bow hunting bulls. How about you. Ican't wait ,only 20 more weeks

Yeah, non-residents have to get drawn for a license first THEN apply for any special permits.

I'm going to apply for an antelope license and a special elk district permit for the missouri breaks.

My dad drew also. I live in Montana and was praying he would be successful. This will be his first hunt in Montana. I moved here from Pa. for the hunting and fishing, and my dad I think does'nt believe there are lots of deer wondering around the last week of rifrle season. Thats just his Pa. experience talking. Regardles, I can't wait for him to experince what I already have. ELK STEAKS!!!!!!:):):)
