is all state land in wyoming open to public hunting? we talked to a guy last year that said he leased some state land and made people pay 300 dollars to hunt it. someplace i read that it is open to public hunting if it is accessable by a road and isnt cultivated cropland.

never heard of anybody leasing state land here for hunting.
