Wyoming weather?
 

I'll be leaving tommorow(10/12) for the Bighorn Mountains. I'll be hunting on the west slope near Tensleep. Can anyone give me a weather update?

According to one of my trucks drivers i-80 from the WY/Nebraska border is very icy and seeing heavy snow and that parts of I-70 on colorado are shut down due to heavy snow.

Istayed onthe east side of the bighorns last week. The first 4 days we were there it was 70 - 80 degrees. The other 3 it snowed and was 30 degrees with a 12 degree wind chill.

we had 6" out side of chey. in the wheat strips and high grass, the snowy's had somthing like a foot up near the top. I'd say plan for snow. temps could get down in the teens or up in the 70s

Yep i think it will be cold nites a little snow ,esp in the higher elevations& some warm days ( thursday& fridays suppose to be pretty warm 65* or so)& then drop cooler days from there- just a generalization of statewide weather- the bighorns are 100+ miles from me.( who knows could be 90* or one of those early 5 foot of snow /snow storms& minus 30;):D)
