Pronghorn meat and cape
Hi folks,
First, let me say that I've found this site to be very informative and helpful. It appears that there are a lot of good folks here willing to share experiences and help others. I've done a search for the answer to my question, but couldn't find a match. I hope someone can help. I'm planning a pronghorn hunt near Buffalo, Wyoming in mid-October. This will be my first antelope hunt. Should I be successful, I'd like to have the cape, horns and meatshipped home. I've read and searched many of the posts here so I think I know how to properly get the animal out of the field.I'm wondering if I need the services of both a butcher and taxidermist or just one. If both, to whom do Itake my animalfirst. Thanks. John |
