looking for weedless prop
 

I am wondering if anyone knows of a weedless propeller for outboard motors. Saw one on a boat but never found out who made it. I am also looking for fins that attach to the lower unit right in front of the prop that help push weeds away from the prop. Any info on this stuff would be great. It would be for a Johnson 25 horse motor.

I believe that what you are referring to will work. They are available at Cabelas and probably other sources. You will still have weeds snag on the shaft and skeg but are not supposed to wrap on the prop.
