Im 32 and been chasing them for 18 years. Damn it hasnt seemed that long. It only seems like a couple of years ago when mom would drop us off at the spillway after school and pick us up an hour after LST.

BTW 1st duck was a Gw teal drake

I missed my first coot in 1973. In fact I shot at least a box of paper shells through a Savage-Stevens 12 guage single before I finally hit one. I was so pissed off I threw that old gun as far as I could. I may have thrown it twice. Ah! to be young again. I was used to speedy quail and those dang coots were giving me fits. I couldn't help but want to lead them. I must say 32 years later I'm much improved.
