ONLY USE #2 OR LARGER SHOT .I'VE TRIED REMINGTON FAST STEEL , KENT CARTRIDGE AND CHALLENGER SHELLS ALL ABOUT THE SAME AT 30YDS ALL OVER THE PAGE. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS

RE: HELP WITH POOR PATTERNING

go to refugeforums.com look at the shooting reloading forum. there is a "sticky" post at the top of a bunch of patterns from various guns with various chokes with various factory ammo. you can pick out what worked best for someone else with your type of gun, then use the shell/choke combo they had.

RE: HELP WITH POOR PATTERNING

First thing I tell new hunters at our hunting club is to pitch the standard Rem chokes.
I let them try my set of Briley extended choke tubes.
Most find that either the Light Mod ,Mod or Improved Mod work great with most loads .
If you are shoting steel the Mod or Light Mod produce the best patterening .
