Springtime Goose Hunts
 
Thining about setting up a trip to hunt snows in the spring in Nebraska-any advice?

It would be worth your time if you get there at the right time. That's the hard part to predict. I live in eastern SD and when they come through it is chaos. I couldn't tell you any outfitters but pretty much anybody will let you hunt them. We just drive around till we see large flocks, go ask permission then stalk if at all possible. I know people who have had success with rags but I am sceptical and too cheap. SD has a snowgoose hotline reporting bird numbers on major lakes, maybe Nebraska does too. GL shoot all them sky carp.

I checked the regs and looks like it would be fun and would save some farm damage as well so think I will go bust some sky carp this spring.
