does anyone know of somewhere in ny that is a good spot for canadas, i am going up there over xmas and i know a guy who has a dock on cayuga lake, is on the lake a decent spot?

yes it is. or any cornfields, or the hudson river (here by albany we're INFESTED.!)i think it closes on the 25th, tho...

well idk its better for ducks id bring duck deeks if your going to be on shore but yes i hunt on cayuga good spot for geese id ask a near by farmer

I agree with all season, unless they are coming into the lake midday and you can get set up to intercept them. Good luck!

things are freezin over fast, you may be forced to find a field to hunt. just this morning the hudson where i hunt was froze solid for several hours....sucked!

head for the creeks!
