huntin time

I am now really getting into upland game hunting here in CA, I am staeting to understand that the days of a good deer may be over soon the way things are going. Sad to see this but only in CA. So, like I said, I am going full bore with my upland game hunts. Any really great advise I can get to help my hunt be very successful??? Thanks.
