Cheap dekes
 

I was at Wal-Mart today and saw some cheap decoys for 18 bucks. Sportsmans Warehouse usually has some greenhead gear for 25 bucks. The greenhead gear look a lot more authentic than the walmart 18 dollar dekes. But the 18$ ones are good enough.

Just an update for people on the lookout for dekes!

Thanks for the update. There's nothing wrong with those lower end dekes especially if you mix them into a quality spread.

They usually wear out fast but heck, for 18 bucks you get your money out of them pretty quick!

So you won't spend a couple bucks more for dekes that will last longner and look better than wal-mart clones??[:@]

I only said that for 18 buck you can't really loose. And if it really matters to ya! I take my son and a friend of his out often, they're both young (9 years old) and they can really put a dent in the dekes.

Sorry man, I've just always believed that a few more bucks on quality is money well spent over time.

The cheaper the better. Bought a bunch at $15.00 a dozen this year. Any where from $15.00-$18.00 a dozen the norm around here for cheap mallards.
