I am getting the bug to get out in the field already!!!!!! It is driving me insane!!!! Anyone else feeling that way? Guess i will have to occupy my time fishing. Buddies and I are supposed to start working on a duck boat for this year aand we are all plotting our summertime gear purchases to give ourselves more of an "edge" for next season.

Does anybody have an inexpensive idea of applying the 4x4 sheets of bling grass to an aluminum duckboat???

Hey carp,

My buddy made a pvc frame that sits on top his boat with a rubber coated chicken wire type material (which supports the grass) attached to it. It works pretty well.

that is similar to what we were thinking, but we were gonna try conduit if we didn't get any better ideas.

My turkey season starts monday but for some reason I am not really hyped up for it this year, i dunno what is wrong with me.[:o]

Techy, our duck boat last year had a blind exactyl like yours, but with black snow fence, seemed to work good but we bought a new 16 foot jon boat, and are going to work out some of the kinks that happened with the previous blind.

To hold us over until the fall,we have a spring snowgoose season here. April 5th to end of May, with a 20 daily/80 possession limit. That just MIGHT hold us till fall.;)...if not, we got turkey and hogs to hunt.
