duck call
 
anyone know of a good call to learn on? i have a rnt wood short barrel and a southern game little joel . i havent figured out how to get that nassly sound out of either one. although i can quack and do an okay greeting call, thought i might try a haydel double reed mallard $13 or #14 i think .thanks for any suggestions

Get you a Haydels Dr-85 or for a bit more money the Haydels Redleg , all the call you will ever need.

ive ordered a haydel bdr 95 big barrel and probably will get the dr 85 also. thanks for the reply

I have had nothing but great performance from the haydel's redleg, if i were you i would look into that one also. It blows wet, and when i say wet i mean really wet!!!!!

i bought the dr-85 and the bdr-95 and i like the bdr better. it sounds the same but with a bigger barrel which makes it easier to blow. well anyway thanks for the advice

Go with the Haydel calls. Good straight out the box and good customer service.:D
