Going out for goose

Hello,
As I type this, I am out in the field waiting for my hunting partner to get here so he and I can do some Canada goose hunting. So far during this season, I've only taken one duck and one goose. Let's hope that changes today!I'll post pictures if I get any.

Stuff the body cavity with tart apples and baste them with apple cider while they are roasting, don't over cook. Or fillet the breasts out of the body, cut them into strips about an inch wide, marinate in zesty Itallian dressing and throw them on the frill til medium rare.

Here are some Recipes I use for goose breast and whole goose. All of them are pretty good!
