Bees.....nasty little buggers with wings

Got chased out by wasps this morning, and it was shaping up to be as nice an opening morning as I have ever had.:bash:

Is this something that anyone else is having a problem with as well? Or am I alone in my own misery here.:confused2:

Went Grouse hunting today, and ran into another nest of these little buggers. But I saw them first and kept a wide berth on the nest.

I had a few fly around my while in the stand but that was it. This next weekend I'm heading to th western part of the state and they are pretty bad out there.

you talking wasps or yellow jackets? yellow jackets are bad news in aug./sept. there is a way to eliminate them.

Yellow Jackets, ground nesters, RR,...
Worst part for me is I'm allergic to the little buggers. So I take it very seriously when I see even one.
Let alone a dozen that I encountered with my daughter on the 23rd.

not always in the ground, during wet springs they nest in cavities in buildings, have even saw a few nests in trees, look like a hornet nest only more round. can tell you how to wipe out all nests within a quarter mile, cost ya like 50 bucks for a lifetime supply

I have a lot of honey bees around my stand. Last year in a different location while taking my stand and climbing sticks in my grandson and I got attacked by a bunch when I didn't see the nest and stepped on it.
We put some distance between them and I grabbed my water bottle and mixed some mud and put it on our stings.
