Anyone have any good recipies for Duck Jerky?

My dad makes it all the time, but i think he needs a new recipe......if you take my hint

Pick up the new Field and Stream magazine, they have a great recipe for it this issue.

I use goose but duck should be the same.

Claude' s Brisket Marinade, if you can find it, is the best thing for goose jerky. Marinate your strips in it then shake garlic salt on them as you lay them on the dehydrator.
