Colorado SWAs for waterfowl?

Has anyone ever had any good luck hunting the SWAs in Colorado? Which ones have good luck? The two near Hugo are within driving distance of me, but I'd go farther if I had to.

I live in Logan County and used to do well on most the units along the South Platte and Prewitt Res. But, a few years ago those spots started to get hammered by people coming up from Denver. It was easy to see when Denverites were there because the parking lots were full of $50,000 trucks and Hummers and they always left a lot of trash lying around for us locals to pick up.

I gave up on SWAs and hunt private land now. Any public land within 3 hrs of Denver just gets too much pressure for me.

Many, many years ago, fall quarter of my senior year at Colorado State, I scheduled my classes so that I didn't have any classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons or Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I spent that time hunting the State Wildlife Areas east of Fort Collins. I always came home with at least a few birds.
