Might have been a typo.....

I've seen BS like that before -- I think it's intentional

Send the seller a message and ask?
I did that and the seller did make a typo, he fixed the shipping to a reasonable amount and I purchased the item.

it would be one thing if i was buying a high quality decoy... zink, montana, avian ect... but thats rediculas
