Thanksgiving hunts.

Well went home Tuesday evening and got some hunting in Wednesday morning. And I remembered to get some pics this time. Got our limit of Pintails(half of them had there pins this time), and 4 Widgeons. All of which were drakes and is is the 2nd pic. Didn't hunt Thanksgiving day to busy eating at my grandparents house.
Went out again Friday morning and killed a sandhill and that was all we got and then I went and watched my brother move on to the quarter-finals in football THAT A WAY MONAHANS.
Went out Saturday morning and got all of the ducks and the small crane in the 1st pic. Had a heck of a hunt on Saturday. Then we took one of my buddies little brother and my little sister out that afternoon. They shot several more that we forgot to get a pic of. Then I got my last duck on my limit a nice woodduck, it is only the second woodduck we have seen down there. Real nice bird my buddy is going to get him stuffed.
Went out Sunday morning to duck hunt and it turned into a hog hunt when a 400+ boar ran across the road and I hit him on one shot and we spent the rest of the morning tracking him. We followed tracks for 3+ miles and never did find him. I think it was just a flesh wound and didnt get any vitals. So that wrapped up our hunting for the week. Going to go back down there this weekend to watch the game and get some more ducks down.

And I hope everybody else had as good a week as I did because I had a blast.
