Default Have season dates been set in your area?

I was just wondering if season dates have been set in other areas. Here in Kansas KDWP has been slow to post waterfowl dates but other migratory dates are locked in and posted. I don't know if it is a federal thing or is my state just slow.

The other post on here is pretty good and
chasdjca is on point with his information.

Still wondering if anything has been made official

Heck even with the big government shutdown here in Minnesota for most of July the dates are pretty much set. They even split the state into two zones which hasn't been done for a long time. This will also include a split season, but nothing to complicated. Early goose will open Sept. 3rd general waterfowl will open Sept 24th and run through Nov 26th I believe. It does close earlier in the north zone just not sure of exact date. Goose seasons usually vary a little also. No offical regs printed yet but that's some of things I've read and herd from a couple CO's.

At best Duck season is usually set around the 2nd week of August. Sometimes can take as long as the third wk.
Regs. have taken as long as the end of the month to be printed and distributed.

They posted ours here in Il. for all the way up to 2015 about a week ago!!!!!!! They also added another zone for us, brining it to 4 zones for waterfowl.

We now have Northern, Central, South Central and Southern Zone.
