Default Carlsons. Mid or long range.

The chokes are marked mid short and long range at my bps. I'm lookin for an improved modified or similar performance. Should I get the mid or long range tube. Thanks

Long range.
No guarantees though, it is possible some shells you use could pattern to a higher percentage with the lower constriction of the mid-range. You'll probably end up getting both!

I've got a midrange in my Browning and am very happy. Nice, even patterns at any range I can hit birds.
