I vote Zink
As they are located 20 min away
So if it needed parts or retuned , I could drive over and have them do it
But in all reality
IMO it is a matter of taste , as all 3 make great calls
Find someone that has the call you are looking for and try it
If you can make it sound decent , buy it
I had a custom $200 goose call for a while that I could never make sound great
But others could
It was a high quality call
Not 1 bit of a problem with the call
But with me , as I need a call that can take a lot of air
So try before you buy and injoy

Foiles. I hunt by his house and have 4 of his calls. 2 Bourbon and Water Straightmeat Goose calls and 2 Smoke and Water duck calls. I have had problems with them in the past (Me just thinking that it needed to be retuned!?!??!) and stopped by his shop and he did it with no problem or cost!!!!! He hunts by us on the Miss. river and we have blinds that border each other and have hunted together a few times for we know people(Landowners) in common and overlap upon time to time. Great calls and great people.
